We’re a friendly family business supplying a fresh, local product with excellent margins to our North West neighbours.

Our family has operated the same working farm in Cockerham since 1948, and today three generations of our family are involved in our diverse and thriving ventures all based on the farm.

We started producing ice cream on the farm in 1984, using milk from our own dairy herd. Three decades on our farm’s dairy, ice cream factory, and Pudding House Café & Ice Cream Parlour are all going strong and we have built a loyal client base, both retail and wholesale, for our 40 Fabulous Flavours of ice cream & non-dairy sorbets.

Our fresh ice cream is highly popular, not just at our farm ice cream parlour, but also for our wholesale customers in restaurants, hotels, delicatessens, theatres, visitor attractions, and other retailers all across the North West.

Weekly deliveries are made to each region on allocated days, and our fleet of freezer vehicles ensure the arrival of farm fresh ice cream to your door. Our wholesale account holders have the ease of placing orders by using either our dedicated telephone order line or e-mail at any time of day.

We’ve been in the ice cream business for thirty years so we can assist our customers on sourcing good freezer units and temperature controlled display cases, as well as helping you to select some great flavours to get your ice cream sales up and running!
